Report a problem

Tell us the page, browser and device, and whether the problem is in the embedded Daily or our Unlimited, Friday, Custom or Friends game. Describe what you did, what happened and what you expected. For our practice game, include the mode, difficulty and a challenge link or code; the displayed target and error can help us repeat the same round.

For a Daily loading problem, tell us whether Open original works in a separate tab. We can investigate our embedding controls, but cannot change the original operator’s game or services.

For a timing issue, mention whether you used speakers, wired audio or Bluetooth and whether the tab was interrupted. For an accessibility issue, describe the control or content you could not use.

Please send only information needed to explain the problem. We cannot recover browser records you deleted or change results stored by the original Perceptle. This is an independent website; questions about the original daily game belong with its operator.
